Join a five week course cooking live with us!

The Hardy’s Cook & Social began at the beginning of the first lockdown. It was a way of us getting a group together, to cook, learn new skills, brighten all our moods, have a little drink together if we fancied! In lockdown it has become a weekly treat to see smiling faces, meet new people and do some lockdown learning!

The group has continued to grow, develop and we’ve run 4 different courses since April.

• The course is 5 weeks long.
• The course costs £50, plus your ingredients.
• The classes are run via Zoom and you join our private Facebook Group, where ingredients lists, photos and information is posted weekly.
• You are part of that Facebook Group for ever, meaning you can refer back to videos time and time again, or if you can’t make a live lesson, you can catch up whenever you want.
• The Zoom recording is posted on the Facebook group too.
• Courses will start at 6pm each Wednesday or Thursday evening depending on demand, and will last up to 2 hours,
• We will teach you a host of skills that you will use forever. Knife skills, stocks, pickling, frying, purees, food safety, layering and building flavours, vegetarian alternatives plus LOADS more besides.
