While we might not speak the language, we do love Wales and the people who live there. Over the last couple of years, we’ve catered for more and more weddings and events in North Wales. This is particularly exciting for us, as we get to see some of the beautiful Welsh countryside as we travel to each venue. We also find that many of the functions we cater have plenty of room for us to set up our party tipis, giving us much more space to work with.

Based on the Wirral, we’re never more than a couple of hours from your wedding or party venue. At Hardy’s Events and Catering, we don’t have a menu, as such. There’s no handy list of meal options that you can tick off and say: “that’ll do.” Instead, we craft bespoke meals based on ingredients or motifs suggested by you.

Was your first meal together fish and chips? We can create a high-end representation of that, guaranteed to delight the taste-buds of even the pickiest of guests. Does the birthday boy or girl like nothing better than a steaming bowl of chilli? Let us put together a flavourful Mexican menu with all the trimmings.

Fresh, locally-sourced ingredients

Wherever possible, we get our produce from local suppliers, whom we have worked with for years. We know them well, we trust them, and we can guarantee the quality of their ingredients. We understand that many of our Welsh customers want a taste of their own country in the dishes we create. Whether you want meats, cheeses and vegetables from a local Welsh supplier, or our event-ready take on a traditional dish like cawl or Tatws Popty, we’re happy to arrange it.

The Big Dub of Love

That’s the name we give to our pair of converted vintage camper vans. For a wedding or party with a difference, we can serve up quality street food and refreshing drinks from one – or both – of these classic VW vehicles. Each van holds everything we need to prepare and cook gourmet food in a more casual environment.

The Big Tipi of Love

With Hardy’s Events and Catering, you get more than just a great meal and exceptional service. We can also provide you with a place to eat. Our tipis are the perfect setting for an outside party, providing both shelter and glamour for your guests while they eat, drink, and make merry.
