Our refurbished classic campers are the ideal way to serve street food to your guests. They make be small, but they are perfectly equipped to cook a variety of sumptuous snacks and street food. All our meals are cooked from scratch, using fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. This means you never have to compromise between quality and convenience. Whatever the event, we combine efficient service with first-rate food.
Whatever sort of street food you’re looking for, we can create a menu that fits. We don’t believe in limiting our customers to a certain selection of tried-and-tested favourites. At Hardy’s Events and Catering, you tell us what you want to serve and we will build a street food menu around it. Whether that means naming specific dishes, choosing a particular cuisine, or even picking a certain ingredient, we’re always up for the challenge. Our chef, Matt, will bring all his skills to bear, creating a one-of-a-kind menu for you and your guests.
All our ingredients come from local suppliers, whom we have worked with for many years. We know how good their produce is and some of the fantastic dishes we can create with them. If you have a particular ingredient in mind, be it a favourite variety of fruit or a particular type of cheese, we will do our best to source it for your event.
You can utilise our Big Dubs in a number of ways. We can operate as a street food van, with your guests lining up for their tasty treats. We can cook the food on site and have our front-of-house staff wander through your event, handing out food. We can even turn the Big Dub into a mobile for cold drinks and other refreshments.
