Your wedding menu should reflect your taste, style, and the kind of day you want to share with your guests. That’s why we don’t offer set packages or fixed menus, we’ll work with you to create something completely bespoke, shaped around the food you love.
You might have a dish that holds special meaning, a favourite cuisine that brings back travel memories, or just an ingredient you both adore. Whatever your starting point, we’ll use that as inspiration to build a menu that’s as unique as your relationship.
Not sure where to begin? We’ll talk it through with you no pressure, no fuss – just a friendly chat to discover what will make your wedding menu feel personal and memorable.
Once we’ve worked together to design your menu, we’ll invite you to a tasting at our home in Oxton. You’ll get to sample each dish, watch Matt work his magic in the kitchen, and fine-tune anything that needs tweaking.

All our food is prepared fresh on the day by chef Matt and the team, right at your venue. We only use locally sourced ingredients from trusted suppliers across Wirral and the North West, ensuring every plate is full of flavour.
No kitchen at your venue? No problem. We can provide all the catering equipment and setup needed to cook your menu on-site with no compromise on quality or presentation.
We’ll also provide cutlery, tableware, and those extra finishing touches so your guests can simply sit back and enjoy the meal.
Our front-of-house team is there to support your day, not just serve food.
